Throughout November, the Incubeta team has been focused on further fostering our office culture and supporting initiatives like Dubai30x30, as well as how we can identify and invest in digital talent across the MENA region.
During the Dubai 30 x 30 initiative, we curated a diverse range of activities including basketball, yoga sessions, and badminton to encourage employee participation. Simultaneously, all team members synchronized their health apps with Bayzat, enabling the tracking of their daily steps and fostering a friendly competition to boost activity levels throughout the duration of the program.
#WalkAroundTheWorldChallenge: Stepping Up for a Global Cause
In line with our commitment to a healthy lifestyle, we organized a 4km run as part of the #WalkAroundTheWorldChallenge. This challenge encourages individuals and organizations to collectively walk the equivalent distance around the Earth.
Our team laced up their running shoes and hit the pavement to contribute to this noble cause.

We organized a team-building session where our team members let their creative juices flow by painting bears. This event not only provided an opportunity for everyone to unwind and express their artistic side but also reinforced the strong bonds within our team.

Our HR team attended the AlUla Career Fair in Saudi Arabia, with a focus on attracting and engaging national talent.
